## Using Nomma

These terms cover the Nomma website, the app at [/app](https://nomma.pages.dev/app/) and the booking pages. By using them you agree to these terms.

## Not medical advice

Nomma shares general information about food and wellbeing. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to your GP or specialist before changing your diet, salt, fluids or medication. In an emergency call 999 or 112.

## Bookings and cancellations

Each booking email contains a private link to view, change or cancel. You can change or cancel up to 24 hours before the start time through that link.

## Your content

Anything you log in the app stays yours. If you send us a recipe idea or message, you let us use it to reply and improve Nomma.

## Our content

You are welcome to quote and link to our guides with credit and a link back. Please do not copy whole pages.

## Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version.
